  1. Congrats on getting 300 followers! We know exactly how delightful it feels! It is exciting to hit milestone numbers on the blog or on social media πŸ™‚ We enjoy the relationship we have managed to build with our readers – it is so wonderful when they engage/interact (i.e. virtual friends who we hope one day we will meet in person somewhere). It has been so lovely meeting all different walks of life through blogging.
Off to follow you now on twitter, Instagram and FB.
PS – we had no idea what we were doing with twitter back in July last year, but now we think we kind of have the hang of it πŸ™‚

    • Thank you!! I swear the social community part of this is the best part! πŸ˜€ And I too look forward to meeting like-minded bloggers in person one day. (make sure you give us a call if you come to Seoul) Maybe you can give us a Twitter lesson then…haha πŸ˜‰

    • Hi Sha! Yes, I read all about your Itaewon adventure. Lol…I am surprised by how many repeat visitors there are to Korea! But Seoul seems to be a very popular tourist destination for Asians – why is that? Is it the K-pop??

Yes, from my experience it is mostly due to the hallyu wave…esp due to kdramas, kpop…it has very much caught on like wildfire here…especially in singapore, there has been so many visits and fan meetings organised for kpop fans.

It does not help that KTO promotes quite heavily and online access to korean channels…variety shows…etc etc…flights are cheap as well…so I can easily go as often as I want…haha..seoul is also easier to go around because they are used to tourists but I’ve travelled out of seoul as well..

I can go on and on…but yes…korea is a popular destination in asia and in singapore….:)

  5. Whoa! eh! Big recognition, it seems like. I’m happy to see the accomplishments. It’s nice to follow a really great travel blog whether I see other comments or not. Blogging is a great platform to chronicle your memories, share and squeeze those creativities. Your blog is impressive, and that’s the bottom line. The numbers and figures are icing on the cake. πŸ˜‰ Kudos! More power and have fun blogging!
